User training Nooteboom Trailers

Nooteboom and V-TAS Training Centre have joined forces and developed a unique practice-oriented user training. Here we teach you in an expert manner to make optimal use of your equipment in order to achieve maximum efficiency and the highest profitability. With this training we ensure that your employees have an up-to-date knowledge of the applicable rules and regulations.

This includes the operating instructions, applications, safety standards and legal provisions. We also discuss the do’s and don’ts that apply when configuring, loading/unloading and driving the equipment.

Target group

This training is intended for all users of Nooteboom equipment who have to be familiar with all the technical aspects and applications in order to carry out their duties. For example drivers, planners, mechanics and work planners.

Content of the training

During this training the participants receive a clear explanation by an extremely experienced instructor of all the aspects of the use and daily maintenance of the purchased equipment.

THEORY

During the theoretical course the following subjects are covered:

Legal requirements and regulations
Types of abnormal transports
Vehicle selection/optimal configuration of the vehicle in combination with the load
Driving with an abnormal load (theory)

PRACTICE

The practical course covers:

Technical aspects and use of the vehicle and the trailer
Hydraulics of the vehicle
Application and technical configuration of the equipment
Making sure the proper equipment is in place in accordance with the regulations (marking/lighting etc.)
Daily checks and maintenance

Target

Participating in this training course will boost safety, efficiency, damage prevention and greatly reduce malfunctions due to improper use thereby improving the employability of your equipment.
Because of the practical nature of the course many aspects of this training can be put into practice straightaway!

Result

At the end of the course the participants take a test and if they pass the trainees receive a certificate which is valid for 5 years.

Training location	At the Nooteboom branches in Wijchen and Zwijndrecht.
In Company	From 4 candidates this training can take place at your company’s premises.
Number of participants	One candidate or more can sign up for the training on a planned open registration*.
Starting date	Thus will be arranged in consultation with and to the preference of you. If a suitable date is not scheduled we will always be able to offer a solution that suits you.
Subsidy options	V-TAS is a training centre approved by: SOOB – OOM – Colland – KMO Portefeuille.

* For open registrations, the Semi and Euro low-loaders are handled during the user training.
