The OSD(S) semi low-loader is available in two versions. The OSDS from the SMART programme offers a standard solution with an excellent price-quality ratio, while the OSD from the PRO programme provides extensive customization options for specific transport applications. Thanks to the optional extendable loadingbed, various suspension systems and a wide range of configurations, you can easily assemble a trailer that perfectly matches your transport requirements.
Low loadingbed, high payload capacity
For the transport of high and heavy loads, you benefit from a low loadingbed height. Depending on the configuration, you can choose from:
- Loaded loadingbed height of approximately 880 mm with axle loads up to 12 tonnes per axle
- Extra-low version with a loadingbed height of approximately 780 mm
- Fixed or extendable loadingbed
- Air suspension or hydropneumatic suspension with lift/lower function

For additional flexibility, the OSD is available with hydraulic loadingbed widening. In the retracted position, the trailer remains within the legal vehicle width, while wider loads can easily be accommodated by creating additional loading space.

The standard equipment of the multifunctional OSDS semi low-loader is comprehensive and includes air suspension, self-tracking axles and a large number or TÜV-certified lashing eyes. Low and lower
The Nooteboom OSD includes two groups of semi low-loaders with various load floor heights. The OSD semi low-loaders, with a standard loaded load floor height of approx. 88cm in drive position, are available in a version with 10t/axle or 12t/axle at 80 km/h. In addition Nooteboom offers OSD semi low-loaders with an ultra-low floor height of approx. 78cm in drive position, with extra low tyres, that are technically suitable for 8t/axle at 80 km/h.
Comprehensive option package and made to order
With a comprehensive option package the dimensions and equipment of the OSD semi low-loader can be adapted to suit specific applications. In addition to the usual options, Nooteboom can also deliver custom-built OSDs. The semi low-loader can be made to meet the specific requirements of the customer. The finish and conservation are of the highest quality, the chassis being fully hot
zinc sprayed.
