The MEGA WINDMILL TRAILER is a unique transport solution for carrying tower sections and turbines of large wind turbines. Instead of a traditional loadingbed, the load is clamped between two hydraulically adjustable lift adapters. This creates a lightweight, compact and highly manoeuvrable transport combination that makes optimal use of the available transport height.
Maximum manoeuvrability on every route
Thanks to multiple pivot points within the combination, the MEGA WINDMILL TRAILER offers exceptional manoeuvrability. The load can rotate up to 80 degrees relative to the vehicles, making it easier to negotiate tight bends, roundabouts and complex transport routes. The hydraulic lift adapters can also raise the load more than 1.5 metres above road level to safely pass obstacles.
Lower transport costs through smart design
Because no loadingbed is required, the available clearance height is used to its full potential. This reduces the need for detours and saves valuable transport time.
