Service Technico Commercial France

Location: France, based in the South-West

About the role Technico-Commercial:

In this function you’re working in the After Sales team of Nooteboom Trailer Service. You will work together with the Area Sales Managers of Nooteboom Trailers. You will work in a family company with benevolent management, you will have to put your mastery of commercial strategies into practice as well as a perfect knowledge of local players in the automotive sector. You have easy human contact, which allows you to easily analyse the needs of your customers and provide the answers in line with their expectations. You will also be responsible for the technical follow-up of the products. You will have the following tasks:

  • Technical support to service points by telephone;
  • Technical support to end users by telephone (include identification of parts in case of “dépannages”);
  • Help for identification of parts, localization and communication(between end users and service points);
  • Guarantees follow up – demands – explanations – solutions for customer – administration;
  • Follow up of repairs for French customers at the factory in Wijchen (the Netherlands);
  • Visits of service points to develop the business;
  • Deliveries of trailers in Ennery;
  • Technical training for service mechanicals;
  • Repairs on site by our customers.

We are looking for:

We are looking for an independent working technical and commercial employee with the following qualities and experiences:

  • Knowledge of automotive and/or agriculture and/or heavy goods vehicle technology;
  • Successful experience as a technical sales representative;
  • Experience in working with garages, agriculture, public works or distributors;
  • Speak French as native language and English as secondary, Spanish is preferable.

Interpersonal skills, organization, your interest in technical products and your autonomy are essential qualities to perform in this position.

To serve our customers in the France, we would like to welcome a new team member, living ideally in the south-west of France. You will be part of our international (After) Sales team. You meet regularly in the Netherlands during a sales meetings and trainings (two times a year) and also with the France team of Nooteboom (two times a year). You will be report to the Service Manager and work closely with the local sales employee in France. Nooteboom is ambitious, innovative and growing. Our team has structurally improved its position in the market during the last few years and we intend to continue on this path.
